Ordering

Skylight Depot accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. Charges will appear on your card as Skylight Depot. Sales tax is calculated for any ship to address in Arizona and Texas.

Return Policy

You have 30 days from delivery of your order to request a return (less the cost of shipping and handling each way) on all uninstalled Tube Skylights and replacement domes (protective film needs to still be attached to domes) purchased on SkylightDepot.com. Returns only apply to items purchased by adding to your cart and checking out online. If when you select a drop down size and it asks you to call for quote it is considered a custom order whether it measures to a precut size or not. No returns ever on custom order items. Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be requested within 30 days of delivery of the order. Requests must be made by emailing returns@skylightdepot.com with either your order number or full name & original purchase date.

Canceling an Order

All standard size orders may be canceled with no additional fee prior to shipping. If you wish to cancel a custom size, call us. If it hasn’t been made we will cancel it for you. Cancellations must be made by emailing cancellations@skylightdepot.com. However if your order has shipped prior to the cancellation, please follow the Return Policy guidelines listed above.

Reporting Damage

Please open box and inspect for damage caused in shipment immediately. If damage occurred in shipping please report it within 5 business days of receiving the product.
