- Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be requested within 30 days of delivery of the order.
- Requests must be made by emailing with either your order number or full name & original purchase date.
- All orders may be canceled with no additional fee prior to shipping.

Ordering
Skylight Depot accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. Charges will appear on your card as Skylight Depot. Sales tax is calculated for any ship to address in Arizona.
Shipping & Delivery
All orders placed through skylightdepot.com will ship within 24 hours. Please note orders will not ship out on Saturdays or Sundays. If you place an order at 4pm on Friday we will make sure your order ships by 4pm the following Monday. All tubes and tube extensions will be shipped FedEx ground. We have a flat shipping rate of $9.95 per box. If you order tube extensions with your tube kit the extensions will ship in the same box as the tube kit so will require no additional shipping. However if you purchase more than one tube kit, the price of shipping would be $9.95 for each tube kit you purchase. If you purchase a tube kit and place a separate order for a tube extension they will not ship together thus resulting in separate per box shipping fees.
